I TRY TO RESET THE PHONE THEN THE ALIGN SCREEN APPEARS THEN SUDDENLY NOTHING WILL HAPPEN WHEN I TAP THE SCREEN ...EVERY TIME I SWITCH IT ON AND OFF I HAVE THE SAME PROPLEM HELP PLSSS....
