uh cos she likes you and wanted you to go with her and probably was excited and also needed to know your answer.... you are an ungrateful friend.

Does she have any other friends? Tell her, "I'm busy, why don't you talk to someone else?"

If she doesn't have any friends, then you just gotta live with her. :/

Because you've probably never pointed out how annoying she is!!   You're telling everyone in the world here but SHE is the one you need to tell.  Tell her flat out that there is such a thing as TOO many calls!

She  may  have  a  type  of obsessive personality  disorder.  But i think you may of  noticed  this before now.  Just polite but  firm  say "do you realize you have called ----  time today.  Please  don't call that much. It is impolite.  She will either  apologize,  or be  offended.  But  will get over it.
