  1. i would recomend taking her to the vet as soon as possible

  2. is your gerbil housed in a wire cage? sometimes they rub their noses raw against the cage. gerbils are best kept in an aquarium.  it may be mucus.  gerbil mucus is a redish color.  usually they get red noses from the wrong bedding.  make sure they arent using pine or cedar bedding.  if you feel that you have eliminated every possible cause then i would talk to a vet.

  3. i have no idea what is happening so i think u should take them to the doctor as soon as possible!!!!

  4. ok when this happen to mine it died it had a stroke but i would take urs to the vet asap that means now1!!!! gooooooo run before it is to late it will only be like $20 bucks if u love them do it

  5. ok, i can think of two things that are possible.

1 the gerbils nose's are irritated from chewing on the bars of the cage. that of course is not the reason if you have them in an aquarium.

    or

2 you are using pine or cedar shavings as bedding. i don't know if nose bleeds are caused by that but i know it causes respiratory problems.

that's all i can suggest, sorry if i didn't help.
