MY GOAT IS SWELLING ON BOTH SIDES LIKE WATER BALLONS UNDER HER SKIN. SHE IS NOT PREGNANT.ANYONE KNOW?

  1. She is bloating, normally caused by overeating on grain or on green grass when they aren't used to it.  She needs baking soda.  Mix some baking soda up with just enough water to form it into a ball and put it into the back of her throat.  Give her 2 or 3 balls of this mixture every 45 minutes or so, and make her walk around.  

    If that doesn't help she will need to be seen by a vet.  Usually baking soda will do the trick.


  2. She has a serious medical emergency!!! I think her liver or a certain organ got a tear, and blood is filling her sides. Take her to a vet immeadiately!!

  3. Goats get bloated and it's usually from to much of a food they are getting. Get in touch with a vet.

  4. Goats get bloated if you feed it to much food  

  5. She could have what they call bloat. If you don't relieve the gas somehow she'll die from it.
