TO DO SO RESULTS IN A POP-UP WINDOW WHICH

READS "NO HP DEVICES HAVE BEEN DETECTED>"

I HAVE ANHP TOUCH SMART PC RUNNING VISTA.

CAN YOU HELP ? THE PRINTER WILL PRINT AND

FAX..JUST CAN'T SCAN..
