MY L.G TV IS NOT WORKING

Since yesterday my L.G tv is making a kind of beep sound, the power is on but when i am switching it on with the remote it is not getting swithed on , on contrary it is producing a constant on and off beep sound. tell me what to do. is there any service center in vizag?
