MY NCLEX RN STOPPED AT 230 QUESTIONS.?

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I TOOK THIS d**n TEST AND I DONT FEEL ANY BETER!! THE 1ST TIME I GOT 140 QUEST, 2ND TIME 90 QUESTIONS AND FAILED BOTH. I STUDIED MY BUTT OFF FOR THIS ONE AND I DONT FEEL ANY DIFFERENT THAN THE OTHER TIMES. I DONT KNOW IF IT'S BECAUSE OF THE PAST THAT I FEEL NEGATIVE OR WHAT. ANYWAYS IF YOU CAN, PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK. THANKS!!

  1. That test sucked. It is adaptive to make it difficult. The better you answer, the harder the questions get. I was cut off at 75 and passed. This was in 1998. I apparently passed easily, but have never felt worse about a test in my life when I left. Good luck.

I think the NCLEX is the worse exam ever.  When I took it I had to take all 263 questions.  I was a nervous wreck and didn't think I passed but I did and now I'm an ER nurse.  Also I can tell you that every single person that I've ever talked to about the NCLEX feels negative. I have never ran across someone who takes it and says, "Oh wow I totally passed that"  Good luck to you.
