Question

i cannot figure out for the life of me why my iphone will not ring! ive had 4 iphones before so im not new to the whole concept or anything.

1. my iphone is NOT on silent.

2. in settings under sound, the place where it says ringtone volume is all the way up .

3. the overall volume is way up.

I AM STUCK HERE!!! somebody please help me
