So, they haven't outright said "We think you've got an eating disorder." But they've constantly voiced their opinions on what they consider my "lack of eating." I am aware of the fact that I've been cautiose about eating junk food, and I'm good (most of the time :)) at portion control, but I don't consider that an eating disorder. I feel bad that they worry, but I don't know what to do! Please help me!!!!!!

  1. if u go to a nutritionist  will be able to prove that you don't have an eating disoreder but sit down with them and say that you wouls willingly go and see a nutritionist to prove that you don't have an eating disoreder and that you just want to live a healthy lifestyle

  2. Offer to have a medical examination, or see a nutritionist to see if your eating patterns are healthy or unhealthy and make adjustments.

  3. THEN EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Sit down with them and have a talk if you and your parents are close like! Explain to them that everythings ok and your fine o and also explain you portion and junk food contorl thingy!

  5. ok stop being a FU(KING ***** to ur parents and eat d**n wat the h**l dont u get were u like a fat *** before that u care so much...i cud alredy see ur a ***** from an anser u sendd...

  6. Since they don't know what you do...tell them. Tell them what you do and ask them straight out why they believe you have an eating disorder. If they want you to see a specialist, doctor or therapist...go ahead and go. It will be up to the doctor to diagnose you and if they feel you're doing ok and you don't have an eating disorder, that will be the end of that. Talk to your parents. It's really the only way either of you are going to understand what the other is thinking or doing.
