  1. My best guess is that it's because he was neutered recently and that may take a little longer to get over.  What I would strongly recommend is that you call your regular vet and ask for a check up.  You can bring him or her the list of the vaccines he received and make sure everything is hunky dory.  Since he was neutered there, you certainly don't want him to get an infection or something - did they give you any antibiotics when you got him back?

  2. Without a doubt I would have your vet look at the operation that was done to make sure it was clean and done correctly.  Your dog may just be recovering from the surgery, it takes a few days for the dog to recover 100%.  The best thing you can do is take the dog to the vet

He might just be recovering from his neutering, the older the dog the harder it hits them. Make sure he doesn't l**k the sight of the surgery.

If there is nothing wrong with him but the fact that he's weak, start taking him on slow jogs, around the block but then work up to about 30-45 minutes a day over a period of a few months.

  4. You should limit the activity your puppy gets for 7-10 days AFTER he was neutered, because your puppy needs time to heal. Your puppy should not be allowed to bite, even cute mouthing behaviors become uncontrolable nips and bites as your puppy ages and becomes an adult. Your puppy should be fine with the vaccinations because puppys have to have a booster shots to protect him from harmful and deadly diseases, usually its a series of four shots just let your vet know that your puppy received an addition set of shots while at the human society. Being ina shelter is very stressful on dogs and puppys ..all that barking, so many different smells, new foods, lots of people ..that can be very over whelming for a pup and let him just rest around the house, expecially since he was just neutered. Good Luck with your pup and I hope I helped ya :)
