in your pictures how do u put a picture under your actual picture? like a code or something?

its called a picture  caption  xD

its really easy to do easy

just type this:

<img src="PICTUREURL">

you can upload/find the pictures  on tinypic

and put them in the 'pic url place

make sure theres no space in between

the "url"
