MY TV BROKE??? Or my 360??? which one???

the tv was turning different colors in the middle of the screen, and then it just turned gray and these little dots are moving leftward diagonal downward to the bottom right of the screen. the xbox still works and i can hear myself scrolling through the in-game menus but i cannot see anything.

what should i do?

Does the TV's menu show up in good condition?  If no--then it's the TV.

Does a dvd come in good using the same inputs as the xbox?  If yes--then the xbox--if no--then it's the TV.

make sure the xbox cords are connected right. change the TV to a different input to see if its the TV not the 360. if the TV works on a different input then the 360 or wires messed it up
