MY WATCH KEEPS STOPING/RESETING

my nixon delta keeps stoping or reseting itself and i cant do anything about I've changed the battery and tryed reseting many times before and it continues to happen. And now it DOSENT even TURN ON and the reset button dosent eveen do anything anymore even with new batterys and i have lost the manual please if u have any ideas or answers please respond back thanks alot.
