MY ZUNE WONT REVERSE SYNC!?!!??!????!!!!?!?

Question

I have a 30 gigabyte zune and i cant reverse sync on it. I tried the copy to my collection but that doesnt work. Also, when i open my computer, there is no icon with my zune on it. But the zune software sees it and i can sync stuff onto the zune. Can someone help me please? And if someone posts a website where you get a free ipod just dont answer plz im sick of those people who say you get one and dont answer my question. PLEASE I NEED TO REVERSE SYNC!!!

If reverse sync means from Zune to PC, then you should use copy to collection by album, not the whole collection. If that doesn't work, then by track. Then if it doesn't work, call Gates. I've done it a million times on my 30 gb zune, so it should work... God Bless!
