MY amp protection light is on...?

Question

I installed everything myself I went back and rechecked wiring but my protection light is still on.

I never had a problem after i installed it. But I havent driven my car for 3 days and when I came back and turned it on the sub only had tiny thuds coming from it.

Then it just stopped making noise period.

But if I turn the car on or mess with my high beams the green light will come on for a sec and you will hear a slight thud from my sub, but then it will go right back to red again..

The amp isn't fried because i havent used it and my music wasn't loud. Plus you will be able too smell it a little and mines smell the same as it came from the box...

Please help me guys

check groung make sure it is on pure metal,make sure no wires on amp are touching  so basically just gobehind yourself and double check all your wiring and rca are snug just 2 be safe ok
