They are 3 traffic warrants for failure to appear and are misdemeanor warrants. Will he be denied re entry or be detained and extradited to the state where the warrants are.

  1. I think you mean tickets, because if you mean he has warrants for his arrest then he'll be arrested at the border but tickets are no big deal.

  2. Sure but he may have the po po waiting for him when he comes back.

  3. Depends Missdemeanors usually dont warrent to be extridited. Chances are if he ever comes back he wont fly into the state that the warrents are in. I cant think of one agency that would push the paper work to get anyone on a non felony charge to be honest. When you come back to the US they do run you thought the LEARPS system which will find anything on you and then it's up to Customs if they want to hold you and contact the department who issued the warrents.

If he is a US citizen they cannot keep him out of the US for traffic violations. He's better off to contact the court once he is wherever he is going and see what he can do to clear up the tickets. Many times the  court can say to pay a fine or let him know an arrest warrent is out for him. IF an arrest warrent is there, he will have to turn himslef in.

There is 2 typs of warrents and I dont know wich is wich by your discription. A simple traffice warrent isnt anything but if it is an arrest warrent based on failure to appear he needs to clear that up before he gets back or arragne to turn himself in whenever he comes back to the US. As I said, they will not ban him from comming back to the US.
