MY iPOD BROKE! Geeks, iPod users, help! I don't know where to take my iPod for a screen defect.

A couple weeks ago I turned on my iPod to go work out and my screen is totally cracked.

What can I do? Where do I take it/who do I call?

(Please do NOT say Ghostbusters)

  1. why didn't you ask someone at otikon?


  2. there is nothing that you can really do.Apple does not cover that because they would count that as mistreated.you can buy a new ipod or look around or ask were you can buy a new screen or repair kit for your ipod and try to fix it yourself

  3. I am not sure if it is an internal problem or external problem, but i will tell you what i think for both.

    External - If the screen is physically cracked, then you probably have to just get a new one.

    Internal - Take it to an Apple store and see if they can fix it.

    Either way call Apple or visit them in a store.
