hey , 3 days ago i opened www.whatismyip.com and i knew my ip address . yesterday i opened it again and i found a different one ( i have a LAN ) does it sometimes change ?

bassically theres only so many IP address in the world so when you log onto the internet your ISP will sned your computer which ever happens to be spare at the tiem form thiere pool of numbers.

you can request a static IP though some ISP's may not be abel to offer them.
