MY local US Department of Homeland Security Never sent me the letter?

Hi, i received a letter saying that my I-485 has been denied because I did not respond to there letter that they sent me for extra evidence, so they denied my application, I never received there letter, what should i do

No problem. the fact that u know that u didnt get the letter, and the fact that the burden of proof is on immigration simply file for a motion to reopen. if u have a lawyer thats what they gonna do.  that happen to many cases in our office. and thats what the thing to be done.

The burden of proof is on you - the alien.  You should probably plan on returning to the country that you are a citizen of.
