MY paste special funtion in excel 2003 is not working.?

how can i fix this i really need this funtion.It is grey all the time even after i copy my stuff that need paste special..Why is this? Pls help...

I recon you are cutting the information rather than copying??

You cant use 'paste special' when cutting.

Excell wont allow you to remove the whole cells and only paste a certain element of the cell like 'value'; its eith all or nothing.

You must use the copy function.
