he squints his eyes when he is outside..and doctor gave him eye glasses but that does not seem to help. I noticed one thing yesterday. His pupils were a different size yesterday, it was smaller like mine and later that day i looked at it again and its twice the size..is this the reason he could be light sensitive. who should we take him to..

  1. take him to an optmetrist an eye specialist to get him checked out and possibly have some tests run, he could just be photosensitive to light but i would get him seen, because different sized pupils could be a lot of things that only a doctor can diagnose, good luck and i hope this helps :)

  2. I would find an ophthalmologist to take him to. Ask your pediatrician to recommend one that specializes with children.

  3. he needs to see a specialist...

  4. The size of the pupils depend upon how much light there is available - were you in the same place and THEN his pupils were different?

Is he taking any medications, over-the-counter or prescription?

Does he have any rashes, or other skin irritations?

    Have you checked webmd? www.webmd.com

    Called an advice nurse?

It sounds like an eye doctor should be your first stop, maybe after your regular physician takes a look.
