i wanna lose 30 pounds by my b-day (thats my b-day gift to myself)my b-day is december 20 i just started 2 days ago of 1 hour of cardio hi-lo aerobics 7 days a week when school start(sep 8) im probly gonna do 30 mins of cardio every day i m 5,4 170 do you think i can do can you estimate how much you think im gonna lose ? thanx

i eat 2 meals a day breakfast- 12:00 workout then dinner- 7:30

i dont eat really big meals jus mediam amouts i eat 2 times a day cuz i dotn really get hungry alot since i been working out just regular meals like 2 bowls cereal and a fruit and dinner w/e my mom cooks mediam portions

    I think you should try your best to know your body, your needs, etc.

    I lost 20 pounds by

    incoorperating cardio (at first only 30 minutes every other day!)

    at first running but now i do taeboe cardio and i try to do it everyday...i slip up though :(

    weight/strength training (pilates and sparkpeople) This will build muscle and up your calorie burning potential.

    drink tons of water

    eat fruit, veggies, lean protein, and very little sugar/fat.

    Try to eat good fat.

    Good fat is in oatmeal, almonds, avocados,etc.

    Just don't over do it!

    search up youtube! there are tons of fitness videos on demand!

    next step is limiting my caloric intake.

    It's all about deficiet.

    Pick up an issue of Shape magazine.

    Figure out your BMI

    (body mass index)

    Look at Shape.com and under weight loss tools i think there is a BMI and other great tools.

    Really for me it's about eating small, healthy meals throughout the whole day.

    You need to keep your metabolism working!!!
