MYSPACE PRoFiLE HELP!!!?

okay so my bakcground on my profile is like really colorful and its hard to see the words...so i was wondering if someone has any ideas how to make it so the middle part where all the words are is like all black and then you can see the design on the sides???

You can go to "Edit Profile" then click on "Profile Editor" and just mess with the controls and you'll figure it out, you can change the Font, Size Color and everything
