Philippines’ Ma. Bianca Ysabel Carlos surged into the Women’s Singles semi-final as she hammered Rose Marie Toto in their quarter-final clash at the 2011 MVP Sports Foundation Bingo Bonanza event, in Davao City, on Monday, August 1.
Ysabel Carlos, who is the second seed in the Women’s Singles draw of the tournament, proved her worth by playing at her best as she crushed her opponent in straight games with an incredible margin. She took only 16 minutes of court time and finished-off
the match in impressive fashion.
The second seed opened her campaign in the quarter-final match in terrific fashion, as she kept her speed high from the very starting point of the game. She was playing with a great touch of perfection and precision, as all her strokes landed in the perfect
areas of her challenger’s court. Until the break, she was leading with a margin of 11-4.
After the one-minute interval, Ysabel Carlos continued her winning performance in the match by keeping the speed of the game at the highest level. Rose Marie could not play well, as she was struggling to return the perfectly executed shots of her challenger.
The second seed won the game with a stunning difference of 21-7, in only 9 minutes.

and 21-5 margin.
Carlos has been delivering a wonderful performance in this event, which indicates that she is determined to clinch the Women’s Singles title of the meet. The tournament is also the third episode of the National Circuit events in the country.
