Maaco Auto paint/ repair?

Hi, I was wondering if Maaco has good quality paint and repair service. Is Maaco a good place to get my car fixed in the first place?

I liked the job they did on my Saturn and it was half the price of the place recommended by the dealership. Several years ago and it still looks good.

i would do as much repair as i could myself.

then let them do the top coat.

it all depends on what you expect in a paint job vs what you are willing to pay.

Maaco paint jobs are cheap paint jobs. Their main objective is to paint cars as fast as they can so that they can move on to other cars and make good business. They will fix your car and make it look good from 10 feet away but their work isn't the best. You have to understand that Maaco is a huge business and that they have them all over the US. They are more interested in making money than doing good jobs. But a good thing is that they will not over charge you for the quality they give you. Good luck.
