its pretty hard, since in order to advance composing to rank C, ull have to open the Secret Shop of Nele. know what a secret shop is? when a NPC gets a high lv of affection for u, he/she will sell special items that they normally dont sell. open Nele's secret shop, and buy the special book named "Whats a Concert?" for 5k gold. advance read it, and ur skill can be advanced to rank C. to open a secret shop, u can gift the NPC gifts, talk to her a lot, etc. its pretty hard.
