Mac Pigment Samples?

I plan on doing a little retail therapy at the mac counter tomorrow, I have a giftcard from my bday and I was wondering if after I purchase a paint pot and several shadows it would be possible to score some pigment samples? I want to try them at home and see if I like them or not because 19.50 is alot to spend on something you might not like. I do plan on buying things so its not like I'm mooching. Thanks in advance!

You can ask for them and they'll probably give it to you, but keep in mnd they have the right to refuse.  It all depends on which sales associate you get.

Also, remember MAC giftcards can only be used at standalone MAC stores.  If it's a counter you need a giftcard for the department store.
