Mac Spoofing on Windows Vista?

I have seen a hundred different videos on youtube on how to spoof your MAC address. However, none of these videos apply for Windows Vista. Can anyone tell me how to spoof my MAC address with windows vista? possibly a tutorial somewhere? thanks so much.

  1. Go to your NIC properties in control panel.  Click on "Configure" next to where it says, "Connect Using".

    Click on Advanced tab, look for a "Locally Administered address".  Enable this feature, You can plug in any MAC address here that you want.

    Bear in mind, MAC address are locally significant, and only know on the LAN.
