Mac. computer email address?

does the mac. computers come with their own emial address that you can have? If so, what is it? (ex. name. what?? is it 4.sw.us or wat? another ex. [e-mail])

No, it's just regular email that works the same as all email accounts. The Mail program on OS X walks you through the steps, but you're going to have to know some answers. Mail is in the Applications folder on your hard drive.
