yes, you can.

when you have completed the vids, you should convert the videos to the formats that the youtube.com supported.

I don't know what's format of your vids, go on the http://www.flash-on-tv.com  this site maybe help you! they have many converter.

if you know the formats you need, you can use http://www.yahoo.com to search for the converter.
