Mac or bare minerals

Question

does any one know about the finish for both of them when compared? i have a good clear skin, i would say to wards oily side. ,dont use foundation in everyday use however i need one for occasional use, i tried mac and it looked good onme however i have heard lot about the bare minerals .. can someone tell me which one is better with good coverage and to wear with heavy makeup?

also if i can use mac medium mineral foundation what color of bare mineral is for me?

I've used both. I think that M.A.C is very dramatic make-up. It was made for stage make-up. The powder that I used caked on my face and its very thick. I now use bare minerals and I love it. It goes on lightly and its natural looking -- just don't put too much. Since you have clear skin you have nothing to worry about. Bare minerals does not clog pores and I personally like it more. However, everybodys skin reacts differently to different kinds of make-up.

I have been using bare minerals for almost two years and I would never go back to the other makeups.  It's so natural and light.  I get a lot of compliments on it.  People even tell me it looks like I don't even wear makeup.  Go to a retailer that sells it and they can do a make under for free to see if you like it.
