Mac picture help!?

Question

Whenever I try to upload vertical pictures onto a website (facebook), they always come out sideways.

I have a macbook and it doesn't give me the option of rotating the pictures before I upload them. Do any mac users know how I can get my vertical pictures uploaded vertically!?

sounds like the problem may be on Facebooks side, for a cheap free photoediting fix register a Photobucket account upload the pics there and you can use their site to edit the pics then you can either directly transfor them from photobucket to facebook or download them and then upload to facebook.

Also when you open the pics in preview you can rotate them there and when you close the window it should ask if you want to save changes.

lastly you should have a photo editor of some sort either preistalled of in the CDs that came with the computer...
