Mac software and Ipod Video converters???

Question

I have a mac book with Mac software, i have downloaded a number of Ipod video converters but they all cost money to buy the full version, the free full version downloads that i have been able to find are made for windows and are not compatible with Mac software! if any of you know a free full ipod video converter that is compatible with Mac software PLEASE PLEASE let me know!!!
