Mac vs Pc??Need help?

Will somebody please make a list of pros and cons for both a Macbook Pro. and a new Dell pc? I'm getting a Macbook Pro and i need help sealing the deal

Does not comply with US anti-trust tying laws, forces you to order unit with an operating system....usually windows because its illegal to do so otherwise in china
