does anyone know at what point in the play Macbeth says the 'full of scorpions is my mind, dear wife' quote?

is it after the murder of Duncan?

reference would be ideal but if not, just a rough idea would be great

after duncans murder but before the plot to kill banquo ..act 3 i think

EDIT: Never mind, it's before Banquo even dies.
