Macbook Pro or Sony Vaio?

Hey im a returning college student and is in need of a new laptop. Now i always had a lil thing for macbooks i think they are really nice. But on the other hand Sony Vaios have always stood out to me and plus they are alot cheaper than macbooks which one would you choose?

get a mac. The macbook pro price is rumored to drop to 1,800 in september. Also they are supposedly upgrading the processors.

macbook, hands down. It might cost you a little bit more but its worth it. and the mac book pro is just a great machine. if you havnt used amac before it takes a bit of getting used to , but once you mac you never go back!
