Machine locking up

I have a Shark Euro-Pro model 7133 sewing machine. It is used on a quilting frame. It will sew for about 1/2 row and then lock up. Following the directions in the manual, I cleaned out the bobbin area and oiled it. It is still doing this. Driving me nuts!
