Machine vibration

Question

I just bought the Janome 1600P and the Gracie Pinnacle Quilt Frame, the problem I am having is that the machine has started vibrating. I have oiled it and have done very little sewing on it, I contacted my dealer and they took it and looked it over and even came to my home and said it is normal and I want to know if anyone else is having a vibration problem, my machine is 2 weeks old and it did not vibrate when I did my first quilt.
