Machine wont work. When I lift the handle to brew a cup it tells me it's ready and both cup icons

Question

When I lift the handle to brew a cup it tells me it's ready and both cup icons flash but it doesn't dispence any coffee. Coffee maker is about two years old. Pleas help.
