Q1. The macro environment includes the folloeing elements, list and descirbe each element.(I know all the elements but dont know how to desribe these 2, I need some help could u please give me soem thanks.!!!

SOciety attitudes pertain to symbols that the nation has which make the pple have a sense of belonging and ownership to the country - what it takes to make the pple patriotic and proud to be an african, an american, or whatever.  in turn the pple develop certain traits and qualities that becomes associated with the country.  simple eg - tengallong cowboy hats is very american.  small tiny cars with italy.  chocolates with belgium/switzerland.  or abortion is a sensitive issue in usa but not in europe.  religion is very much alive in usa but not in europe.

education and training is also related to society's needs and political culture.  every country learn their own history and the edu sys is geared to the political and esp the economic sys where the sch have to churn out so many pple to do all the types of work that the economy has.  training of techy stuff are all important to make the country stay ahead.  and trg is ongoing throughout one's life.  when u get retrenched u get further trg in other skills to fill in needs of other industries
