Macrome tools of wolverhampton?

Macrome tools were at hay mills birmingham but were bombed during the war and moved to alcester in november 1940 they moved to larger premises somewhere near leicester in 1942 they then moved to wolverhampton in 1949.

They advertise as the toughest tools in the world.

does anyone have any more information about them.
