Can you buy Macy’s gift card with Macy’s store card and also are their e-gift card send to email used only online and on phone can’t they be used over inside the store

Yes you can use a macy's card for a gift card purchase, e-cards can only be used online. Check with maccy's for their policy on lost or stolen gift cards, as each store sets their own policy/
