Macys Store/Visa Card?

I want to turn my Macys Card into a Macys Store/Visa Card? What are the qualifications in order to transfer over? I had one late payment 3 years ago. Thanks!!!

No one knows what secret formula is used to be upgraded to the visa, you have to take care of your Macy's Card and it will upgrade itself. Try to call the credit department and see if you are eligible for the upgrade, there may be a hard/soft inquiry for this make sure you ask before they do it, b/cuz they don't always tell you they just do it.
