Mike, unless he gets a new cohost, will bore me as a listener. He is not a person who can do a show solo for 19 years and entertain people. I expected one of them to leave, but I wanted Mad Dog to be the one to stay. I hope he finds another good job, but I will miss the Mike and the Mad Dog show. (Which reminds me, do you think they'll give it a new name)?

Well They have been talking about quitting the show. They have doing it for almost 20 years! They don't even really like each other anymore. But I did see that coming.

To me that show was over years ago.  I couldn't listen to it anymore.  The amount of content was so low unless they had a guest.  Bertween commercials and updates and nonsense like book and movie reviews as well as those segments where Mike would predict TV ratings for past events and going over schedules one game at a time the show was a burden to listen to.  I much more appreciate some of the less  stellar hosts that actually converse with callers.

I live in Canada, I don't know Mad Dog or the Fan...but I'm guessing an announcer and radio show.

You seem passionate about this...so yes, Mad Dog must be crazy.

He was the soul of that show, Mike was always a bore and is so condescending to all of the callers on the show.  He does know his sh%t but it won't be the same without Doggie.  I think Sirus Sattilite radio is giving him a huge multi-million dollar contract.  I don't think either will have the success as when they had when they were together.  

The Mad Dog will be missed.
