Mad Jazz confident to conquer Pontefract
Since the very first day of her career, Mad Jazz has been enjoying great momentum. Having proved her skills at different big race venues, the Tony Coyle trained bay filly is now weighing her wings to make a classy mark at Pontefract where she will run the Bhest St Ignatius Catholic Primary School Fillies´ Nursery on Thursday, September 27. This is going to be her maiden trip to the course that is famous for holding ace racing events.
In the line-up of half a dozen runners, the two-year-old veteran filly looks to be the strongest candidate for the excellent track record she possesses. Six podium finishes including two triumphs is awesome indeed.
The race track of 1 mile and 4 yards has soft surface. This is not an ideal condition for Mad Jazz to unleash her utmost stamina, but she can do well over here as she finished second in Newcastle last month.
Moreover, before getting ready to run this race, the fantastic filly has attended a week-long drill to enhance her stamina. So, she will prove to be an invincible runner for her competitors.
Mad Jazz has gained reasonable odds in from the betting market, and most of the sport experts are also predicting her success. So, she will step into the playfield with sheer confidence.
The daughter of Sir Percy out of Gwen John debuted in April 2012 and broke her maiden later during the same month by wresting the title of Bhest Racing To School Selling Stakes from the hot favourite candidate Perfect Words. That epic achievement impressed all.
The maverick sprinter went on to accomplish another classic triumph on June 22. That was the Buy Your Tickets On-Line @ redcarracing.co.uk Selling Stakes, held at Redcar.
In the month of August, the Usk Valley Stud bred filly grabbed a couple of thirds and a runner-up position in a row. It was a great streak.
Hopefully, Mad Jazz will demonstrate a thumping performance today. Her fans are anxious to watch her dancing in the playfield. Let us move to the venue to enjoy the exciting action. Good luck to the filly.
