Madden 09 Problem With Xbox 360 online?

I have Madden 09 For the 360 and when my oppennents quit on me online, during the second half my game sometimes freezes and gives me the lost. i need help im 49-24 and i dont my record to go bad. do i return it fix my connection even though it says its fine.

My disc doenst have any scratches and it just started yesterday

If you are using a wireless networking adapter you should switch to a ethernet connection since the system gets too much info at once when someone quits that it just shuts down the connection. If you have a modem connection contact the company and see if you can get the modem checked for virused or defects.
