UFC 2009 is going to be a massive improvement over the last UFC game Sudden Impact.

Madden games are little more than a roster update.

UFC 2009 > madden 2009

Buy UFC 2009 and Madden 2005 for .75 and you'll basically have both games for the price of UFC 2009.

Although my favorite player of all time (Brett Favre) will be on the cover of Madden 09, i have to go with UFC 2009. Madden games are basically the same each year with a few new features, but there hasn't been a good MMA game in quite a while. I saw the demo and was blown away at how realistic it looks.
