I think it was a scam gone terribly wrong.

The 'fund' being set up the week after she vanished, *and* Gerry McCann saying that Madeleine's eye was an excellent 'marketing ploy' appears to confirm that.

That's not normal behaviour from normal parents.

I don't believe she was abducted - there's no evidence to say she was abducted but plenty to say she's sadly died.

I really don't know but I'm inclined to think it was accidental death.  I initially thought she may have woken up for a drink, climbed up to the sink and fell, banging her head.   The drugging aspect seems more and more likely too which would also help explain a fall in the flat.

I don't think her parents killed her but I do think they've covered up her death and they certainly know more than they're telling.  

I'm convinced there was no abduction.

It's really annoying but sadly, we will never know. Only the McCanns can answer that one and they are not telling. They wouldn't even answer questions to help find her???? Strange

She was seen recently by a big brave man who saw her with 3 women in a cafe; he was "too scared" to interfere so he did NOTHING. He recognized her by the odd mark in one eye, so it was definitely her and he said she looked healthy but "sullen." I guess sullen could be attributable to being sexually abused 24/7 and being separated from your family.

I think K&G had a chart on the fridge not to encourage Maddy to stay in bed but to tell each other when they had administered the sleeping meds to the children each evening. I reckon one gave the meds and forgot to tick the chart and then the other one gave the same meds and overdosed which caused Maddy to die. Apparently Tanner said that Kate kept putting her hand up to the twins' noses to make sure they were breathing . Why would she do that if they hadn't been drugged. Why did they refuse to have the twins drug tested immediately???? These children were all drugged so as to allow this motley crew to go out on the p**s each night. Pathetic !!

I really hope it this isnt true but I think shes been kidnapped and sold as a s*x slave, because it does happen, shes really cute, if she was dead her body would have been found, and her mother would have cracked by now i think.

I'm glad you said "think" in your question, Many armchair detectives here say "she is dead" or "   she is alive" "She was kidnapped"  "She was murdered" "Her parents killed her" "She is a s*x slave" I even read one user say "Kate and Gerry ate her to get rid of her body" The plain fact is that not one person on yahoo Q/A have any idea what happened to Maddie. We all stab in the dark with different theories. I will answer you question in 3 words. I don't know.

I don`t believe Madeleine died a quiet overdose type of death due to blood found in the apartment, although I do believe the kids were drugged.

I believe Madeleine died by someone`s hand, probably accidentally, in a fit of temper then hidden behind the settee until they had the chance to dispose of her. They couldn`t take the chance that her body would easily be found as it would show us all the truth about drugs & violence, not to mention the neglect. I will stick my neck out & also mention sexual abuse.This is just my opinion on what I have read so far. If I had to choose which one of the 2 most likely to have killed Madeleine, I, as a mother would have to say that if anyone killed one of my kids, I would not cover up for them, whoever they were. Maybe a husband is more likely to cover for the wife.

Just my thoughts.
