  1. You could add yoghurt or cream.....

  2. coconut milk, and some sugar

  3. Use a single cream to keep a good flavour. Dont try water or sugar.

  4. Plain yoghurt.

  5. fresh cream?

  6. A little sugar ?

  7. Do not add sugar as it will only sharpen the taste of spices. Your best bet is to add slice of bread on top and let it soak the spicy oil, then remove the bread and discard it. Add little lime juice and pinch of salt. If it is still sharp then add cream if it is high on pepper and other spices. Add yogurt if it is chili hot. You may also add coconut milk to make it absolutely mild.

  8. yes, some sugar will do it. or try adding some liquid such as broth or water.

  9. Lemon juice. Or cucumber and mint.

  10. Add some coconut milk or plain (unflavoured yogurt). Heat through but do not boil as it will split.

  11. You need to serve something bland along side it like bland Mexican rice or refried beans with cheese on them.

Spicy foods are usually served over or with rice for this reason so you can get a bite with as little or much rice in it as  you need.

  12. give it to me - i'm sure it's very nice  as it is

  13. Top it with a little sour cream or creme freshe.

  14. make a bigger batch, use more ingrediants minus the spicy ones.

  15. The only way I know of is to cook it longer.

  16. Cream will take the sting out of it.
