Madeline McCann Case?

We have all had many months now to know what we think about this case. I am sure many agree that there is a case of neglect against the McCanns. Do you how ever believe she was abducted or accidently killed and her death hidden beneath a blanket of lies

The McCanns are hiding something.  I don't think it is intentional murder but they are hiding something and it disgusts me the way they have spun like crazy to cover up their wrong doing.

I think she was murdered by her parents. No one wants to believe that but, it is a logical conclusion.

If she had been abducted, she would have been seen somewhere (concretely), clues would have been found, or even she would have been found with the coverage the case received.

there is definite hidden issues in little Maddie's case but I'm not sure who holds the answers to it all,, the McCain's have committed gross neglect,by leaving three babies home alone and it just baffles me how they have escaped prosecution,,  thousands of kids go missing in the course of a year from around the world, Maddie has a distinctive eye marking which in my opinion makes her a little too obvious to be allowed out in public by who ever has her,i just pray shes still alive

I've always thought they were a little 'iffy' especially with leaving their young child alone to go to a tapas place.  Hardly a sign of good parenting.

I think she was abducted because there is no concrete evidence to prove otherwise.

This is what I conclude and therefore believe happened:

NO ABDUCTION  because :

Firstly I find it very strange indeed that a large group of  people and all colleagues go on holidays abroad TOGETHER -- I meet my colleagues EVERYDAY, at work. I like them but want to be away from them when I am with my family on holidays. These guys went on holidays and the PRIME purpose was to continue to be with each other. It was not about the children because those they abandoned in unlocked apartments EVERY night.  (I am not even going to touch the fact that the Police suspect they were a group of wife-swapping couples).

SECONDLY, they are doctors and have access to 'mild' sedatives which conveniently 'calmed' the kids down allowing them to go out undisturbed. The Portuguese police stated that "it is almost impossible for those kids in broad day light to fall asleep and go quietly CONSISTENTLY  everyday and at the same time for two weeks unless they were drugged.

THIRDLY (ignoring now the thing that apparently and according to newspapers  Madeleine was not Gerry natural daughter) ALCOHOL seems to have been the main thing at dinner time (14 bottles were found inside of the apartment) and waiters said that the Tapas-9 had consumed 15 or 16 bottles of wine during that dinner so it is quite possible that  one of the McCanns ( I believe Gerry being the one) came to the apartment and re-drugged Madeleine having found her screaming (neighbours, if you remember, told police that they could hear the kids screaming EVERYDAY  just before 6 or 7pm just before they went to bed.  Over-dose is what the Police strongly believe happened.

FOURTHLY AND FINALLY -- I believe that the 'biggest' mysteries have the simplest of explanations and they are branded 'big' mysteries because the explanation eludes us.  I also believe that, drugged and drowsy, Madeleine woke up to go to the toilet.  Dizzy and trying to reach for the light switch in that damned apartment, she fell, hit her head and died -- this could explain a lot of things... that  if took the Tapas ONE full hour to contact the police (what were they doing during that hour ????)  I would have gone insane and screamed for the Police.... quickly "BEFORE WHOEVER TOOK OUR MADDIE GETS AWAY  FURTHER".

I think that the McCanns know exactly  what happened to their daughter. I think they know the kid died. I think that the sniffer dogs proved last week that they solved the McCain case completely.  The little kid died in that apartment, the body was moved to another apartment up the road, then hidden for a few days in that car, then transported to some sea vessel and from then on, well... we can guess the rest. Bad that they are allowing others to be under suspicion -- Murat is still there... in the Algarve... and that tom e shows that he hasnothing to hide or run from. The McCanns ?  They fled Portugal the moment they realized that the Portuguese Police were not buying their BS.

All very sad.  Where the h**l is the body of that little angel.

You see, I have kids that age... and my holidays abroad is to be with my children, enjoying myself seeing them enjoying themselves.... and the h**l with my office colleagues.

The mcCanns should be done for neglect..why hasn't this happened? If little Madeline is alive i hope she is safe.  To be honest i don't think we'll ever know the truth, little Ben has never been found has he?

It is very difficult to decide when all the evidence in a case is not present. The equation could go 50/50 in either direction. But there is one thing that is sure, neglect is at the epicentre of all of this. There is NO skirting around this issue and the parents will have to answer sooner or later.

I really don't know what happened to her, but I do blame her parents for leaving her and her siblings alone and going out in the evenings, I cannot get my head around the stupidity of people who call themselves "parents" endangering their precious babies in such a way.

That and the arrogance of them both, I don't expect we'll ever discover the truth, too much covering up has gone on.

EDIT - so those who have thumbed me down must be in favour of leaving babies alone and going out to the pub?  Interesting....... lets hope none of them are parents, God forbid!

There have been hundreds of kids dissapear since Madeline.

This does not make her dissapearance any less important but you really should not panda to the daft media circus by propogating such rubbish.

No one really knows what happened .

The McAnnes have private investigators on the job. If they were really involved they would not have worked so hard to keep her dissapearance in the spotlight.

By doing this you make the McAnnes and all parents in their tragic position hurt a little bit more - if that were possible.-

she was accidentally killed by the parents. they found Madelines blood in the trunk. the parents are guilty, whether of murder or neglect. regardless, they should be hanged in the street as a warning to bad parents.

I don't agree that there is a case of 'neglect' against the McCanns. If so then thousands of parents would have to answer the same charges all over the world.

I would actually bet money that she was abducted. The reason the poor girl has not been found is that the police did not react quickly enough.

jesus what a question. there is no doubt in my mind that there isn't much of a chance to find that poor little girl now after so long. To be honest i think she was abducted and then when it hit the press the abductor got scared and killed her.

I do feel for the McCanns and hope that they can overcome this terrible thing.

I believe that Madeleine was abducted and the parents are not at fault in any way other than very poor judgement for leaving the children alone.  They will have to live with the guilt for the rest of their lives.  I certainly hope and pray that Madeleine is found alive and well.  Don't forget that Elizabeth Smart was missing almost 1 year when she was discovered alive and so close to home.  

Gerry McCann has met with John Walsh of America's Most Wanted and Elizabeth Smart's father.  They both believe that in no way are the McCann's responsible for their daughter's disappearance.
